Placid Bay Civic Association Membership
Placid Bay Civic Association is a voluntary association of property owners and renters living in Placid Bay Estates.
The sole purpose of the Association is for the improvement of the quality of life of its members.
Membership dues are $50.00 annually.
Dues are applied to maintenance and improvement to common area’s of Placid Bay Estates.
Such as roads, Community Center, Dams, and Boat Ramp.
Joining is easy.
