The Lakes, Docks, Boat Ramps and Dams in Placid Bay Estates are owned by PBCA and are available for use by all owners and renters. Fishing licenses are not required on the lakes, and fishing should be limited to “catch and release”. Fishing on Mattox Creek and on the Potomac river does require a Virginia or a Potomac River Fishing Commission license.
